Uncertainty

Another birthday makes me feel like I'm running out of time.

Uncertainty

English translation

“Let no one put off the love and practice of wisdom when young, nor grow tired of it when old. For it is never too early or too late for the health of the soul.”

A birthday is not an inspection.

Birthdays can turn private wishes into a mental checklist of everything that has not happened yet. Your age offers context, but it cannot measure the relationships, detours, or difficult choices that have shaped the person arriving here today.
